MORGAN, Utah — August 26, 2026 — Ogden Clinic is pleased to announce a new partnership with Morgan Health Center that will transition the clinic to Ogden Clinic | Morgan, beginning August 31, 2026. The partnership will continue providing accessible, high-quality primary care and laboratory services to patients throughout the Morgan community.
As part of the transition, Ogden Clinic will retain all current Morgan Health Center staff, allowing patients to continue receiving care from the familiar team they know and trust, including their well-established providers — Dr. Keith Elkins, Terra Rockenfield, PA-C, and Jamison Rees, FNP-C — who will continue serving patients at the location.

Ogden Clinic | Morgan will provide Family Medicine and laboratory services for patients of all ages, making it a convenient resource for individuals and families throughout Morgan County.
